Owner/Resident is responsible for cleaning pump basket and skimmer baskets
between visits when needed (i.e.: my vacation weeks,
the Fall season, yards with excessive leaves and debris).
POOL
OWNER/ RESIDENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING PROPER WATER LEVEL!
When
raining, the pool will receive chemical service only. Pool covers without
rollers must be removed on the day of service (full service only). Mike the
Poolman will be responsible for adjusting chemical balances each time pool/spa
is serviced. He is not responsible for conditions outside of his control, i.e.:
filtration time (suggested 4 hrs/day winter, 6 or more hrs/day summer),
excessively high water temperatures (from heaters, covers and solar systems),
extreme bather loads, etc.
Mike
the Poolman will not warrant plaster mottling or checking. Mottling is
considered different coloration’s of white plaster similar to the shading of
cumulus clouds with no apparent pattern. Mottling may also appear as a blotch,
spot or streaks of different shades of color. Mottling can be more pronounced in
colored plaster. The colored plaster may also get gradually lighter over time.
None of these conditions are considered a deficiency.
